I took the bus to Burbank today. I went to sign up for one of those audience participation gigs. You know you go watch them tape live T.V. shows, and clap, and laugh and stuff like that. Whatever. The point is I now hate Burbank. One it's sort of my fault for trying to take the bus somewhere like that. Two the old people in the city of Burbank are awesome. And if you have to go there just try to find a Senior Citizen, and you may be greatly entertained.
First, it's hella far from my spot. Then the buses are super slow there. And I don't know it just seemed generally lame. I'm sure it has it's redeemable qualities.
But as for now I'm done with Burbank. I did find a really cool used bookstore called, Book Castle. It's was worth the trip.
I got three new for me, used in reality books.
"Notes From The underground" by, Dostoyevsky
"Franny and Zooey" by, J.D. Salinger
"Through A Glass Clearly" by, Isaac Asimov
All of these books are amazing, and imaginative.
I'll update later with book reviews.
And that's about that.
